ReMarrieds.Net came about due to the need of  the founders to have a private forum in which to discuss the complicated issues of remarrying or recoupling after the death of a spouse or life partner. We have in common the devastation of the death of our loved ones and the joy of finding love once again.

While we feel greatly blessed at finding new love, it is a journey that can be fraught with its own complications. Melding together lives and households previously effected by devastating loss has many challenges. In most cases, the love for our lost partner never leaves our heart. It may be a challenge for some to contain love for the past and love for the present all in the same heart.

We give you ReMarrieds.Net to continue the journey started for many of us on other grief web sites. Without the hope, encouragement and loving support that we have found among others sharing their grief and loss on the Internet, some of us may not have found ourselves this far along in our grief journey. It is hoped that this site will be a companion community to other grief sites.
